Chrissy is a Charlotte, NC based Lifestyle and Brand Photographer focusing on motherhood and celebrating raising babies and businesses. She has been in business for eight years and has had experience as an on-location photographer, in a commercial space and an in-home studio. She strives to use natural light as much as possible and loves the soft, natural look it produces. Her favorite part of her job is uploading images for the first time after a session; it’s like Christmas morning watching all of those beautiful moments unfold on a big screen.
About the session
I was so happy to receive the inquiry email from this mama. I had been working with her sister and her family for several years when Isla got pregnant and contacted me to do baby Amelia’s newborn photos. The session took place in their beautiful Charlotte craftsman style home and I love that they included their sweet pup, Maddie (not pictured here). It was a whirlwind, having just moved into their new house, just in time for their first little one to be born! Since this session, we have captured all of Miss Amelia’s milestones as part of our Baby Plan and I cannot wait to culminate them all in a beautiful keepsake image for them to enjoy for years to come!
