Bio:
Morgan is a hybrid newborn and family photographer based in Raleigh, NC specializing in fine art documentary photos that capture the heart and soul of each family. She shoots exclusively in the in-home setting as it is where she feels she creates her best work. She also enjoys teaching other photographers how to create in-home family images with emotion and connection.
About the Session:
While I live in Raleigh, this session was actually photographed in Indiana! The mom in the photos, Alisha, is a very talented boudoir photographer, so I was honored that she chose me to travel to photograph this session. This family had just finished remodeling their home, and it offered several great spaces to showcase for photos. The neutral backdrop and well-thought-out wardrobe choices made for a newborn photographer’s dream. Baby Coast wasn’t too interested in sleeping, but that’s the beauty of lifestyle newborn photos – you can still capture something beautiful without a sleepy baby!
