When Rita inquired with me about photographing her and her two sweet boys, I was so excited – she was an acquaintance, a photographer colleague in the same town, and I was delighted and honored to have this opportunity! We as photographers, are always the ones behind the camera photographing our clients families, never in front of it, and I know how special it is to have the tables turned and be able to have OUR lives captured. The connection between a mama and her babies is so special, there is truly nothing like it and I knew that I wanted to portray this fun, loving, and vibrant woman simply being who she is and capture those sincere moments of motherhood when she is playing with her babies, snuggling and loving on them, walking with them, hand in hand. To create images that her and her boys will treasure for years to come.
