Bio-

I’m Ashlynn! I’m an intimate wedding and motherhood photographer in the coastal Carolinas. I am a wife, mama of a precious little boy and a follower of Christ. If I’m not home with our pups and horses at our little 1880’s fixer up farm house, you can probably find me wandering the downtown streets of Charleston in a flowy dress, admiring all the gorgeous architecture and colors. I photograph my clients in a way creates intentional moments while sprinkling in a little fun and laughter to document timeless snapshots in their lives. I aim to snag special memories that invoke feelings of a simpler time where love was something written in letters and in the stories our grandmother told. Bring on all the Allie and Noah Notebook-worthy moments!  Session details –  Victoria and her sweet boys, Zion and Oakley joined me for a morning lake session. During motherhood sessions, I want to create natural moments between a mama and her littles– moments of play, exploration and tons of sweet hugs and kisses. I want sessions to unfold naturally and give the chance for memories to be created completely free of distractions, technological buzz and without the stress of forcing poses and quiet children. During the session, the boys explored in the sand, found shells and pretended to fish with some sticks and leaves nearby. They begged to swim and play in the water– which at the end of the session their mama gave them the okay! Just being around this sweet family, it was so apparent the deep love that Victoria has for her two little boys. The weight of motherhood can sometimes be overwhelming and exhausting, but these key moments of learning, laughing, and snuggling seem to make all the hard times easier to carry.
