I am a Houston motherhood photographer specializing in capturing the organic and joyful moments of pregnancy. Every mama I have had the honor of photographing will say that carrying your child is a miraculous and beautiful moment that should be cherished forever—and I couldn’t agree more! I wish to convey their strength and nurturing spirit as a mother to be in every photograph I take. My only hope is that one day their babies will look back at the images, feel these loving emotions, and be thankful for the woman who gave them the world.
About the session: Kiara and her husband, Anthony, joined us at sunset in the gorgeous Texas countryside for her maternity session. This was their first child and they were loving every moment of it—and so were we! She picked a gorgeous off the shoulder blush pink dress to celebrate their sweet baby girl on the way. They incorporated her first baby shoes and her ultrasound which only added to the experience. I love when memorable pieces are included in maternity sessions because it adds personality and really tells the story of a mama and her sweet child.
