Bio:
I’m Matthew. I am a hybrid photographer! I’ve been a hobbyist for as long as I can remember. That was, until February of this year, when I picked up the Mamiya 645AFD. I have always loved portraiture, but really have fallen in love with the images that film creates. I enjoy fashion photo, portraiture, and product photography. I currently live in Colorado Springs, CO with my husband Andrew and our two dogs, Thor and Odie.
Session Details:
Iyanda is a Reki healer and spiritualist. I wanted to capture the relationship with her family and her spirituality. I added some minimal fashion concepts in order to get a lighter and impactful photo session. We shot at both Manitou Lake and Garden of the Gods to vary the color story and distinct imagery that Colorado can provide.
