About the Session:
I recently had the honor of driving a bit north to Charlottesville, Virgina to meet up with a girlfriend (and beautifully talented fellow photographer Rebecca Sable) and her wonderful family.
We had not connected in forever so this was truly a memorable morning for many reasons. I had not been back to this part of the country in quite some time … and oh my goodness, it was stunning! And oh my goodness, so were they.
I always place aside some time each year for some styled work and Rebecca was kind enough to humor me! I brought up some pieces from our Fine Art Client Wardrobe that I had been eager to incorporate into a session ~ some sweet, airy European-inspired pieces that we felt would be comfortable in that warm east coast summer and complement the beautiful colors of the surrounding topography. Warmed by the sunshine and graced with the picturesque backdrop of the Blue Ridge mountains, we captured so many sweet moments of their growing family that day.
