I am a lifestyle photographer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, capturing authentic moments of motherhood and family life. I have always been an observer and preservationist. My strength is capturing the in-between, everyday moments that will quickly become my clients’ most cherished!
When I’m not capturing families, you can find me playing with my kids, binging shows with my husband, or painting watercolors!
Session Details:
For this adorable sitter session, we wanted to choose a location that showcased the golden winter tones of North Texas and also bring in a water element. This lakeside spot was such a beautiful backdrop, and combined with their neutral outfits proved to be the perfect combination. We lucked out with some gorgeous light and no wind, so the calmness of the water at the end of the session set the scene for this mama’s much desired nursing portraits. I always strive to showcase the bond between mother and child, because there truly is nothing else like it, and I know how much she’ll want to remember every moment of her daughter’s first year. Their sweet girl was all smiles and squish which was icing on the cake of a wonderful and fulfilling session for me creatively, and I know they’ll cherish these portraits forever!
