This episode features your host, Kim Box, and two special guests – TMA team member and special needs mom, Abby Dorminey, and Stephanie Fassler, motherhood photographer and owner of The CapABLE Community. Stephanie is a former pediatric home health nurse who decided to turn her passion for photography and heart for the special needs community into a business. Stephanie is now coaching other photography business owners on the importance of including services for differently abled individuals and how to best serve them.
Stephanie teaches appropriate ways to share that you are disability-friendly in your services and how to communicate with best-wording practices and mindful prompts. What Stephanie is offering the photography industry with her CapABLE Community and coaching is making a way for all of us business owners to be more aware and intentional with how we serve those individuals and families with special needs.
