Bio:

Alex is a wedding + portrait photographer who serves mothers + brides through heirloom photography. She is a mother to a beautiful 10 month old daughter, Líle. Alex and her family currently reside in Richmond, VA but are soon relocating to Louisiana.

I asked a couple questions to Allie, the mother.

What does having a family mean to you:
- “Family to me means being one. To belong, to love and be loved, to give grace and to receive grace. To not consider self first, but instead how to better meet the needs of the whole. I can’t think of a better embodiment of love than family.”

How has becoming a mother changed you:
-“Becoming a mother stretched the capacity of my heart beyond what I could imagine. Motherhood uncovered and polished my nurturing and caring ways, it has pushed me to be a better person, always growing, always learning,, always turning into the needs around me. The love of a mother knows no bounds.”
