Bio:
Mary Ann grew up in the ballet studio and uses her aesthetic eye to search for beauty in every shot. She aims to create exquisite imagery while providing an excellent client experience.
After living up and down the bustling East Coast for the majority of her life, she’s fallen in love with the quiet and still mountain moments. With a decade of photography behind her, she’s loved evolving and honing her skills in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.
About the Session:
This lovely open space park on the west side of the metro area was a perfect location for family photos in Atlanta Georgia.
I originally met Audrey about ten years ago in a local dance company (has it been that long already?). We danced and taught dance together for many years before I moved to Colorado. I attended her wedding to Jake and watched baby Penelope grow into a toddler! Photographing this family of three in 2018 was the first photoshoot I did after I decided to become serious about photography. Since then, rosy-cheeked Theo has joined the family with his adorably cute smile!
Audrey’s family’s style of soft, flowy dresses is the perfect complement to my nostalgic Prince Edward Island inspired vision. Next, add in some fresh cut hydrangeas (from my mom’s garden) and roadside Queen Anne’s Lace. I love to add organic elements into photoshoots, which is typically some kind of flower or bouquet. Lastly, toss on a sun hat and cute straw basket. The only thing that’s missing is a lighthouse!
