Bio:
I am a family, motherhood, and newborn portrait photographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My clients seek me out for my soft and nostalgic aesthetics to capture their favorite memories. My medium of choice is 120mm film for its textures and painterly qualities that allow my photos withstand the test of time.
About the Session:
California is so beautiful year-round, but it especially shines in the spring when all the flowers began to bloom. The air is warming up and everyone is eager to get outdoors after the unusually long winter we had. With gorgeous colors popping up left and right, having a maternity session among the wildflowers felt like a no brainer! To top it off, this sweet mama wore my newest client wordrobe addition that had little floweres on them as a nod to her session location. It couldn't have been more perfect! We met on a warm and sunny afternoon with a simple picnic spread and some seasonal flowers to add a fun element, and the session unfolded naturally like a page out of a storybook. I cannot wait to meet her little girl to be joining the family in just a few short weeks!
