Bio:
I’m a fine art family, maternity, and newborn photographer based in Central Arkansas. I aim to shoot casual but intimate images with a light and timeless feel. While I’ve had an interest in photography since I was a little girl, I didn’t start shooting until 2018, taking breaks to birth both of my children. My fire for creating art through photographs has exploded so much this past year, where I’ve really honed in on my style and have started incorporating film for the first time. I’m passionate about creating an stress-free experience for my clients since, as a mother of two young children, I know how overwhelming photo sessions can be.
About the Session:
I live an hour and a half north of Little Rock, but since almost all of my clientele is located in Little Rock and the surrounding areas, that’s pretty much exclusively where I shoot these days; however, when I stumbled across the sweetest creek where I live (Fairfield Bay, AR) I knew I wanted to use it as a location for photos. For this session I aimed to create images that were both artistic and playful. I hoped to highlight that beautiful and nerve-racking time before another child is born, where you try to soak up every minute with your little one(s) before a new sibling arrives, anticipating a new child to wrap your arms around and fill your heart with endless joy.
Gear Used:
