Bio:
Hi! I’m Olivia, a lifestyle photographer in Birmingham, AL specializing in newborns, families, and weddings! My desire is to capture organic moments and timeless memories through the collision of creativity, natural light, and finding beauty in the mundane. I love seeking out authentic moments to highlight love, life, and family. In each and every session, I incorporate a mixture of digital and film into my work. I believe this makes me a more intentional and gracious photographer as I am patiently waiting to capture only the best shots.
About the Session:
I recently had the pleasure of capturing Miss Evelyn Louise, a vibrant and joyful 2-year-old who doesn't let Down Syndrome define her love for life! Her mother, Rachel, is truly beautiful both inside and out, and her love for little Evie Lou shines bright.
During this heirloom photo session, my goal was to capture authentic and genuine moments that would stand the test of time. I believe in the power of film photography to capture emotions and memories in a way that digital images often can't replicate. As an Alabama Newborn and Family Photographer, I strive to create images that tell the story of a special bond between a mother and her child.
Evelyn Louise's laughter and spirit filled every frame, reminding us all of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments. Despite any challenges she may face, she exudes positivity and a zest for life that is truly inspiring.
It is my hope that these photographs not only capture the love between Rachel and Evie Lou but also serve as a reminder to treasure every moment with our loved ones. Life is filled with ups and downs, but it's in these small moments that we find beauty and authenticity.
As a photographer, it's moments like these that fuel my passion for capturing genuine connections and emotions. Seeing the love and joy reflected in Rachel's eyes as she embraces her daughter is truly heartwarming. It's a testament to the power of love and the strength of a mother's unconditional bond with her child.
